This recipe is per person
- 2 – 4 small tortillas breads
- 3 – 6 slices of Brie cheese enough to roughly cover the tortillas
- 1 – 2 teaspoon honey
- olive oil
- A bunch of fresh spinach
- 8 crushed walnuts
- 2 – 3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
