In my journey to baking, I have been studying how to make Pandesal – a common bread roll in the Philippines.

A top favorite in breads for Filipinos, pandesal is usually eaten with cheese, jam or butter. Or if you want, you could dip it in coffee. This recipe will allow you to make a really soft and delicious pandesal right at your home. I also added in cheese so your bread has its own filling!

This recipe would allow you to make pandesal at home. The ingredients are easy to obtain, and the baking process is very easy!
